Welcome to my Ville! This coming weekend, May 15-16, 2010, join me and about one hundred bazillion great acts and vendors at the Janesville Renaissance Faire! This show is near and dear to your Phoole -- all proceeds go to support local community groups and scholarships, and the atmosphere is pastoral and full of delights. Now actually IS the month of Maying, so get your May on in 16th-century style at Jane's Ville this weekend!
I can't believe they succeeded in luring The Fairy Godmothers out of retirement -- this act has to be seen and personally-experienced to be believed. They're brilliant sisters who are attuned to one another in high farcical comic style, and they're thrilled to draw you into their game. Many street acts have spectacle, but I haven't worked with many who listen as well as this act -- they're quick thinkers and large-crowd-includers, and they assimilate guest assumptions instantly to escalate the hilarity. And Phoole Faves the Guildes of St. Michael, St. George and St. Lawrence will all be in the Ville too, along with so many other delights for all divers and sundrie revelers and ruminants alike! Can't wait to goof with you in my Ville!
